Overview

This article will introduce you to our MyMI Assets.
This article will cover a majority of what our MyMI Assets are designed to do by default, but we provide links to more in-depth information regarding certain functionality and tools.

What are Assets?

What are Digital Assets?

By definition, a Digital Asset is classified as anything that is stored digitally and is uniquely identifiable that organizations can use to realize value. Examples of digital assets include documents, audio, videos, logos, slide presentations, spreadsheets, and websites. While becoming more popular throughout the financial markets due to having the ability to disperse ownership of those digital assets.
A perfect example would be NFTs for instance. Cryptographic assets have been stored on a blockchain with unique ID Codes and metadata compiled with them that are distinguishable from one another. NFTs cannot be traded or exchanged at equivalency, differing from Fungible Tokens like cryptocurrencies which can be identical and serve as a medium for commercial transactions.

How Do You Own MyMI Assets

To own/purchase assets, you can purchase MyMI Assets from the MyMI Exchange and Marketplace when offered by MyMI Creators. You can simply visit the MyMI Marketplace to outright purchase the Assets as long as those Assets are still available for purchase. If there are no longer any available assets to be purchased because the initial release of coins was limited to purchase and that purchase limit has been reached, you can alternatively purchase those Assets on the MyMI Exchange from other Asset Holders.

MyMI Asset Creator

With our MyMI Asset Creator, Investors gain the ability to create their investment projects and pools tailored to whatever use-case they could imagine. You can auction/sell your investment data direct to business by utilizing our MyMI Exchange & Marketplace.

With the MyMI Exchange/Marketplace, Investors gain the ability to profit from their financial and investment data. Big Box Companies are constantly polling your user data every second of the day, as long as anything you do is online. At MyMI Wallet, we feel that you should take advantage of the value of your data by allowing Investors to opt into our Auctionable Assets.

Listing MyMI Assets

Once you have created your MyMI Assets, you can create a Private or Public Listing of your Asset on the MyMI Asset Marketplace. By releasing your asset, you will have the option to identify the Percentage of Limitation (POI) of the asset you wish to list. The percentage of limitation is the total percentage of available coins that you wish to allocate to the Private/Public Marketplace.

For Example: If you create 1,000,000 coins for an asset, and you wish to release 50% of those assets to the Private/Public Marketplace, only 500,000 will be available for purchase. This defines your Percentage of Limitation. This means that once the Percentage of Limitation is reached, the coins allocated to that MyMI Assets will only be available for purchase on the MyMI Exchange.

Please Note: Once the Percentage of Limitation has been reached, the creator can conduct a Coin Redistribution. Learn more about Coin Redistribution by clicking here

How Are MyMI Assets Valued?

When an Asset Creator is preparing to list their MyMI Asset on the MyMI Marketplace, an evaluation of the asset valuation must be conducted to secure its Initial Coin Value before being offered to the Marketplace. After the very first initial purchase of that MyMI Asset is completed, that locks in the Initial Price Offering.

As investors continue to purchase the asset, the Coin Value is determined by the Total Evaluation divided by what is left in the Percentage of Limitations to be purchased from the Marketplace.

For Example:

Purchase #1:

Coins Available Evaluation Coin Price Purchase Quantity Remaining Coins New Evaluation New Coin Price
100,000 $1,000,000 $10.00000000/Coin 1000 Coins 99,000 $1,010,000.00 $10.20202020/Coin

Purchase #2:
Coins Available Evaluation Coin Price Purchase Quantity Remaining Coins New Evaluation New Coin Price
99,000 $1,010,000 $10.20202020/Coin 1000 Coins 98,000 $1,020,202.02 $10.41022469/Coin

Asset Distribution

As you become more involved with MyMI Wallet and truly access the potential of our Asset Exchange, you will discover that the purchase of some assets could result in residual payments from Shared Revenue. After gaining ownership of specific types of Assets, the creator of those assets will be given the ability to share the revenue stream earned from the investment of that asset pool and what the asset was created/designed to produce.

If you are the recipient of Residual Income from an owned Asset, you will receive your Residual Payments credited to your account in the form of MyMI Gold on the 15th of every month.

***Please note that if you owe any MyMI Gold for Monthly Recurring Premium Features, your Residual Payments could be used to fill those balances.**

Coin Redistribution

Once the Percentage of Limitation has been reached, the creator can conduct a Coin Redistribution. With this tool, the Creator would virtually duplicate the number of coins available in the Percentage of Limitations. When conducting a Coin Redistribution, the Creator has to consider three rules:

Exchanging Assets

Another huge benefit of having MyMI Assets sold on the MyMI Exchange is the price is defined by the value of the Asset Coin on the MyMI Marketplace. Once that price is defined, Asset Holders (Investors) can begin obtaining profits by selling all or some of their Percentage of Ownership for any given MyMI Asset.

As the asset is exchanged on MyMI Exchange, the price is then determined by the Selling Party until a Buying Party is willing to purchase that share of the assets for that price. The price that the trade is agreed upon between the Buying & Selling Party then alters the Current Coin Value of the Asset and ultimately determines the Price Evaluation of the Entire Project from that point moving forward.

As Asset Holders begin offering their Percentage of Ownership on the MyMI Exchange, transaction fees will be incurred as the result of the trade/transactions. As a reward for utilizing our platform, we provide Creators with a selected percentage of Shared Revenue Streams via Shared Transactional Fees.

Shared Transactional Fees are accumulated on a Month-by-Month Basis and distribution on the 15th of every month. You gain a percentage of the transactional fees accumulated for any exchange of assets between two Asset Holders.

How Are Assets Purchased (via MyMI Exchange & Marketplace)?

As we have already introduced you to our MyMI Gold (our In-App Crypto Asset) that is utilized for Investors & Partners to purchase Premium Features or simply convert Fiat Currency into usable coins within our framework. MyMI Coin was developed to allow Investors & Partners to conduct purchases of MyMI Assets from the MyMI Exchange and Marketplace(s).

For Investors/Partners to buy/sell/trade MyMI Assets, they have to purchase MyMI Coins to purchase those Assets. Currently MyMI Gold is the only way for Fiat Conversions, so the Investor/Partner would need to transfer their Current MyMI Gold Holdings into MyMI Coin Assets.

What is MyMI Coin?

MyMI Coin was the very first asset created, developed, and offered to interested investors to obtain Ownership of Assets for the MyMI Platforms and Applications. Current Holders are considered as Existing Owners of MyMI Wallet itself. MyMI Coin Holders now have access to Shared Revenue Streams from the platform and its applications themselves.

How is MyMI Coin Valued?

MyMI Coin was valued originally at $5,000 overall as a platform and application when we first began to design/develop the platform. Millennial Investments created 23,000,000 MyMI Coins and offered 115,000,000 MyMI Coins publicly to be purchased by interested parties and potential investors. Within two weeks, we were already reaching our Percentage of Limitations and maxing out the 115,000,000 Available Coins.

To compensate for a lack of availability for purchasing assets, we conducted our first Coin Redistribution. In conducting our Coin Redistribution, we released a total of 115,000,000 (5x of the Original Amount of Asset Coins available) and disbursed our New Holdings to our Asset Holders. This simultaneously increased the Market Value (5x) to account for the newly deployed Percentage of Limitations.
